I have been playing guitar for nearly 30 years and when I play and improvise I find myself in my flow state, so I use this state to contemplate philosophy, spirituality, the meaning of life and the universe. These are my contemplations. I play over solfeggio frequencies and binaural beats to help my focus and concentration during these performances. I hope that others can enjoy my music and musings.
